Peek Pavement Marking provides their services to a wide range of clients and contractors, including private developers and a variety of government agencies at the local, county, state and federal levels.

Peek provides runway rubber removal, airfield paint removal, airfield runway friction testing to airports in the southeast United States. We have over 40-years of experience in the industry.

Peek takes great pride in our safety record and our ability to provide quality services in a timely manner. We know that runway closing disrupt operations, and adjust our work schedules to meet your needs. Our work experience includes extensive work at Atlanta’s Hartsfield International Airport; the busiest airport in the country. All materials used meet FAA standards.

Peek also offers a full pavement marking and surface condition evaluation of your runways and adjacent areas.

Complete airfield re-striping and layout services are also available. We provide layout of runways, taxiways and aircraft parking aprons and ramps.

Our surface preparation services include rubber and marking removal, on concrete or asphalt surfaces. Removal can be accomplished by high pressure water and or grinding. We insure a thorough removal of all debris prior to painting. We guarantee no damage to the runway surface, joints, or lighting.

We can remove loose, flaky old paint and other surface debris to clean existing markings for re-painting. This is a fast process, which leaves the existing paint that is still firmly adhered to the surface ready to accept new paint. The cleaning enhances the bonding of the new paint.

When changes in marking layout are not needed, but more complete removal of old markings is desired, we can removed up to 95% of the old markings. This is especially helpful when there has been a substantial buildup of paint from previous re-paintings. Although removing the paint buildup, enough of the old markings are left to eliminate the need for extensive layout work before painting, thus speeding the process.

Peek’s service experience includes airports of all sizes, to include the country’s largest; Atlanta Hartsfield International. We have also done work at Savannah’s Hilton Head International, and Charlotte, Charleston, and Columbia airports.
